Dr Khalil is a Palestinian scholar who grew up in Jerusalem and graduated in Physics from the American University in Beirut. His keen interest in the impact of the physical sciences on shaping man’s world view and philosophies led him to the mastery of the fields of Physics and International Education resulting in his concluding thesis.

Through his scholarly work, Dr. Khalil explores the relationship between science, philosophy, culture, and education, offering readers a visionary perspective on humanity’s intellectual and social evolution.
